UsesExcellent acid labile support of the solid phase immobilization of carboxylic acids using Fmoc strategy. Cleavage can be effected by AcOH/DCM.
Uses
  • Acid labile resin used in Fmoc-based solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS).
  • Mild acidic cleavage conditions lead to the release of the peptide acid where fully protected peptides can be released if desired.
  • Cleavage of the final protected peptide can be achieved in as little as 10% AcOH in DCM or 1% TFA in DCM.
