| Synthesis | Step 2: 5-methoxy-2-nitrobenzamide (9.70 g, 49.4 mmol) was dissolved in methanol (250 mL) and 10% palladium carbon catalyst (2.00 g) was added. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature and 1 atmosphere of hydrogen at 1 atmosphere for 6 hours.
