DescriptionJWH 073 is a potent cannabimimetic that has been identified as an adulterant in smoking mixtures. JWH 073 N-(3-hydroxybutyl) metabolite is expected to be produced during the metabolism of JWH 073 by human liver microsomes in vitro, generated by the oxidation of the aminoalkyl chain.1,2 The biological actions of this metabolite are unknown. This product is intended for research and forensic applications.
UsesJWH-073 3-Hydroxybutyl is a urinary metabolite of JWH-073 (B693550) which acts as a partial agonist at both the CB1 and CB2 cannabinoid receptors.
