UsesAUDA is an inhibitor of sEH and selective activator of PPARα.
Biological ActivityInhibition of soluble epoxide hydrolase by AUDA inhibits the metabolism of epoxyeicosatrienoic acids (EETs) and protects end-organs against the damaging effects of salt-sensitive hypertension.
