| Synthesis | Step B: Synthesis of 2-(azetidin-3-yl)propan-2-ol hydrochloride. Tert-butyl 3-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)azetidine-1-carboxylate (0.87 g, 4.04 mmol) was dissolved in dichloromethane (15 mL) at 0 °C, and a dioxane solution (8.08 mL, 16.16 mmol) of 4M HCl was slowly added. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight.
