NORLEUAL Usage And Synthesis
UsesNorleual is an analog of angiotensin (Ang) IV. It competitively inhibited the binding of HGF to its receptor c-Met in mouse liver membranes. Ex vivo studies show that Norleual exhibited potent anti-angiogenic activity, as well as anticancer activity.

Norleual (50 μg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; daily; for 2 weeks; C57BL/6 mice) suppresses pulmonary colonization by B16-F10 murine melanoma cells[1].
