Descriptionm-PEG5-nitrile is a PEG linker containing a nitrile terminal group. The nitrile group can undergo hydrolysis, reduction and other reactions. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases the solubility of compounds in aqueous media.
Usesm-PEG5-nitrile is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs.
