Curcumin D6 (Diferuloylmethane D6) 是Curcumin (Turmeric yellow) 的氘代标记物。Curcumin (Turmeric yellow) 是一种天然酚类化合物，具有抗炎，抗氧化，抗增殖和抗血管生成等多种活性。 Curcumin是p300组蛋白乙酰转移酶 (HATs) 抑制剂，也显示对 NF-κB 和MAPKs 的抑制作用。
用途
Labelled Curcumin (C838500). A natural phenolic compound. Potent anti-tumor agent having anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. Induces apoptosis in cancer cells and inhibits phorbol ester-ind uced protein kinase C (PKC) activity. Reported to inhibit production of inflammatory cytokines by peripheral blood monocytes and alveolar macrophages. Potent inhibitor of EGFR tyrosine kinase and IκB kinase. Inhibits inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), cycloxygenase and lipoxygenase. Easily penetrates into the cytoplasm of cells, accumulating in membranous structures such as plasma membrane, e ndoplasmic reticulum and nuclear envelope.
