The purity was identified by high performance liquid chromatography HPLC normalization and met the requirements for content determination. From the ethanol extract of Dioscorea alata, 18 compounds were isolated and 12 compounds were identified as Dioscoreanoside A, Dioscoreanoside D, Dioscoreanoside E, catalpol and epsilonin, respectively. As a result, 18 compounds were isolated and 12 compounds were identified, among which dihuangoside D, miliotide (melittoside), dihuangoside A, dihuangoside E and epsilonin were obtained for the first time. |
