Propiconazole-d7 是 Propiconazole 的氘代物。Propiconazole 是广谱三唑杀菌剂，可抑制羊毛甾醇向麦角固醇的转化，从而导致真菌细胞膜破裂。Propiconazole 抑制 S. cerevisiae 而非大鼠肝脏，微粒体 cytochrome P450 (IC50s=0.04 和 >200 µM)。Propiconazole 抑制 T. deformans 和 R. stolonifer 的生长 (ED50s=0.073 和 4.6 µg/mL)。 Propiconazole 可增加活性氧的产生。
