ROSAPROSTOL Usage And Synthesis
DescriptionRosaprostol is an antisecretory and cytoprotective prostaglandin analog useful in the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers. Considerably less potent than enprostil or misoprostol, it is reported to lack the typical gastrointestinal and cardiovascular side effects of PGE derivatives.
