| | General Description | Sodium dicyanamide (NaDCA) is a white to off-white powder.It was used as a leaching reagent for gold recovery and can form a new catalyst system for benzene liquid hydrogenation to cyclohexene[1-2]. | | Synthesis | Step 1, ammonia and cyanogen halide are mixed in a pre-reactor at a temperature of 0-20C, and the reaction yields a mixture material, and the pH value of said mixture material is 6-9; Step 2, a reactor is provided, and said reactor is set up with an interconnected reactor kettle, a condensing tube reactor, and a storage tank of liquid alkali, and said mixture material is transported to the reactor kettle of the reactor, where the The temperature of the mixture material is in the range of 0-50C; Step 3, pumping said mixture material, sodium hydroxide solution into said condenser tube reactor, adjusting the pH value of said mixture material to be 7-10, and at the same time passing cyanogen halide into said condenser tube reactor for reaction, the reaction liquid is returned to said reactor after passing through said condenser tube reactor, and when the pH value of the reaction liquid stabilized at 7.5-10, said circulating material is subjected to the next step: decolorization, crystal precipitation, and washing; Step 4.
