rac-trans-4-hydroxy Glyburide 是 SUR1/Kir6.2 磺酰脲类抑制剂格列苯脲 (HY-15206) 的活性代谢物。它由格列苯脲经细胞色素 P450 (CYP) 同工酶 CYP2C8 和 CYP2C9 作用而形成。rac-trans-4-hydroxy Glyburide 可抑制格列苯脲与大鼠脑突触体在 SUR1/Kir6.2 高亲和力位点和低亲和力位点的结合,IC50 值分别为 0.95 和 100 nM。
