| Description | Nuclear Violet™ LCS1 is a DNA-selective and cell-permeant dye that is used to label DNA content in living cells. Upon binding to double-stranded DNA, Nuclear Violet™ LCS1 fluoresces, and this fluorescence can be measured using fluorescence microscopy, microplate fluorometry, or flow cytometry. Nuclear Violet™ LCS1 displays excitation/emission maxima of 401/459 nm, respectively, and is well suited for multicolor analysis of live cells. |
