MSIRK Usage And Synthesis
UsesmSIRK (G-Protein βγ Binding Peptide) is an cell-permeable activator of ERK1/2, with EC50 of 2.5-5 μM. mSIRK disrupts the interaction between α and βγ subunits and promotes α subunit dissociation without stimulating nucleotide exchange[1].
