| Chemical Properties | Yellow Solid | | Uses | Intermediate in the preparation of Flupirtine metabolites. | | Synthesis | To a reaction flask was added 200 mL of methanol, 52.08 g of 2-amino-3-nitro-6-chloropyridine (compound 1), 37.54 g of p-fluorobenzylamine and 50.0 mL of triethylamine. The reaction mixture was heated to 80 °C and kept for 10 hours.
