| Uses | Phosal 50 PG is a cosolvent (standardised phosphatidylcholine concentrate). Phosal 50 PG as a carrier for lipophilic compounds, can improve the absorption, efficacy and therapeutic index of the active ingredient[1]. | | in vivo | Phosal 50 PG is usually used as a cosolvent. Navitoclax (HY-10087) (100 mg/kg, once a day for 21 days) is formulated in 10% ethanol, 30% polyethylene glycol 400, and 60% Phosal 50 PG and administered p.o. to mice[2]. A-1331852 (HY-19741) (25mg/kg, daily for 10 days) is formulated in 2.5% DMSO, 10% ethanol, 27.5% PEG 300, and 60% Phosal 50 PG and administered p.o. to mice[3]. Venetoclax (HY-15531) (100 mg/kg, daily for 10 days) is formulated in 10% ethanol, 30% PEG 400, 60% Phosal 50 PG and administered p.o. to mice[4].
