| Description | AOCS Medium- and Long-chain Fatty Acid Methyl Ester Standard Mixture 2 contains seven saturated and mono- and poly-unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters. It is intended for use as a reference standard for the detection of fatty acids in lard, beef tallow, mutton tallow, and palm oil, among others, by GC-MS.
