80 mL of ethanolamine was added to a 100 mL hydrothermal reactor, and subsequently 0.39 g of selenium powder, 0.63 g of MnCl2-4H2O, and 0.8 g of KBH4 were placed in this reactor. The reaction kettle was placed in a vacuum drying oven and kept at 180 ??C for 12 h. After cooling to room temperature, the reactor was centrifuged and washed three times each with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol, and dried under vacuum at 60 ??C for 8 h to obtain MnSe powder. |
