| Synthesis | solution of K₂CO₃ (0.552 g, 4 mmol) in 30 mL of methanol was added to a polysubstituted 5-(trimethylsilyl)pent-1-en-4-yn-3-ol. The mixture was stirred at room temperature. The reaction mixture was filtered through a short silica gel stopper. The mixture was concentrated and filtered.
