General procedure: A mixed solution of 5-amino-4,6-dichloropyrimidine (1.0 mmol), triethylamine (1.0 mmol), ethanol (4.3 mL) and n-propylamine (2.5 mmol) was placed in an autoclave reactor, heated to a specified temperature and kept for a period of time. After completion of the reaction, the volatile components were evaporated under reduced pressure and the crude product was purified according to a specific method to obtain the target compound 6-chloro-N4-propyl-4,5-pyrimidinediamine.
