Sugemalimab shows anticancer activities and can be used for non-small cell lung cancer research[1]. | | in vivo | Sugemalimab (CS1001) signifcantly inhibits tumor growth in the subcutaneous MC38-hPD-L1 murine colon carcinoma (murine MC38 cells expressing human PD-L1) in human PD-1 knock-in mouse model[2].
