Preparation of Example A55 Intermediate A59: 1H-pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxamide
Diethyl 1H-pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylate (5.2 g, 24.5 mmol) was dissolved in a methanol solution of 7 M ammonia (1/4 volume) and the mixture was transferred to a sealed tube and the reaction was heated at 70 °C for 48 hours.
