Mca-SEVNLDAEFK(Dnp) 是一种 β 分泌酶 1 (BACE-1) 肽 FRET 底物,含有淀粉样前体蛋白 (APP) β 分泌酶裂解位点的“瑞典”Lys-Met/Asn-Leu 突变。Mca-SEVNLDAEFK(Dnp) 的 -Leu-Asp- 处的裂解从 2,4-二硝基苯基 (Dnp) 内部猝灭剂的邻近猝灭效应中释放出高荧光的 7-甲氧基香豆素 (Mca) 片段,导致荧光强度大幅且易于检测的增加。
