DCP-Rho1 Usage And Synthesis
DescriptionDCP-Rho1 is a fluorescent probe for the detection of sulfenic acid-containing proteins.1,2 It displays excitation/emission maxima of 560/581 nm, respectively, and has been used to visualize protein oxidation sites in situ.
UsesDCP-Rho1 is a rhodamine-labeled probe. DCP-Rho1 can be used for the detection of sulfenic acid-containing proteins. DCP-Rho1 shows λex of 560 nM, λem, 581nm[1].
