BOVINE IGM Usage And Synthesis
UsesIgM from bovine serum has been used for screening the lipopolysaccharide levels in Limulus amoebocyte lysate (LAL) assay. IgM has been used in flow cytometry assay for detecting FcγRIV expression and immunoglobulin binding.
