As an important intermediate for the synthesis of glyphosate, it accounts for a considerable proportion of applications in the pesticide industry. | | Synthesis | Prepare 30.5% liquid alkali and 38.8% iminodiacetonitrile slurry, feed liquid alkali and iminodiacetonitrile slurry continuously into the reactor at the volume ratio of 0.93:1, and then react for 50-60min under the condition of 45-60C. The reacted material will be deaminated and concentrated by the first evaporator, the temperature of the first evaporator will be controlled at 120-140C, and the pressure of the first separator will be 0.1-0.25MPa. 0.1-0.25MPa.
