General Description	Face shaped substrate is a derivative of bacterial cellulose (BC) which is a promising natural polymer synthesized by certain bacteria. Bacterial cellulose has high water retention capacity and permeability. BC can be used for skin permeation of hydrophilic actives, such as moisturizers and anti-aging agents, besides obtaining a mask with a whitening effect[1-2].
