UsesSARS-CoV-2-IN-92 (compound 11) inhibits SARS-CoV-2 variants (EC50 = 0.48 μM), as well as SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV. SARS-CoV-2-IN-92 (compound 11) potently and selectively blocks ERα-Glu II[1].
