Synthesis	Take choline chloride (0.28g,2mmol) and urea (0.12g,2mmol) to form a low eutectic, add o-chloronitrobenzene (2mmol), potassium fluoride (10mmol) and DMSO (2.5ml), heating to 160 , the reaction for 8 hours. Cool down to room temperature, add water 10ml,stir well, add ethyl acetate (10ml×3) to extract the aqueous layer, combine the organic layer, saturated brine wash (10ml×3) the organic layer. MgSO4 drying, spinning evaporation, to get the crude product, separated by column chromatography, to get the product 1 -fluoro-2-nitrobenzene.
