| In vitro | In BT474 cells, Compound C108 (1 μM) shows anti-tumor activity[1]. In G3BP2 overexpressing KYSE410 cells and LINC01554 transfected KYSE30 cells, Compound C108 (4 μM) reduces the protein expression of G3BP2 and attenuates ESCC cell metastasis, migration and invasion[2]. |
