阿拉丁重组蛋白A是基于天然金黄色葡萄球菌蛋白A进行结构改造的蛋白。它由四个Fc结合结构域片段连接而成，分子量为27KD。与天然蛋白A相比，它去除了与免疫球蛋白Fab区域的结合位点，增强了与Fc区域的结合能力，并提高了蛋白的稳定性和耐碱性。重组蛋白A可用于从腹水、血清、细胞培养上清液或细胞提取物中分离和纯化不同哺乳动物亚型的抗体或含有抗体Fc片段的基因工程重组蛋白。
重组蛋白A在最佳条件下与LumiDye™ AF647进行偶联，并经纯化去除未结合的游离染料。该偶联物可用于流式细胞术和免疫荧光染色中的免疫球蛋白检测，以及检测方法的开发。红色荧光探针最大吸收/发射波长约为650nm和668 nm。

Recombinant Protein A, AF647 conjugate (rp303258) – IF/ICC
IF analysis of EpCAM (red) in HT-29 cells. The cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde Fix Solution (P395744) for 15 minutes, and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Citatuzumab (anti-EpCAM) (Ab209902; Isotype type: Human IgG1) at 1/1000 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Recombinant Protein A, AF647 conjugate (rp303258) at 1/500 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (red). PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. Cells were counterstained with Hoechst 33342 (B113845) (blue) at 1/1000 dilution for 5 minutes. Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.
