Penetratin is a cell-penetrating peptide derived from the homologous domain of the antennae of Drosophila melanogaster. The peptide structure contains a protein transduction domain. There are 16 amino acids in the sequence α- Helical structure, Penetratin can penetrate into the cell membrane after being connected with acid diester oligonucleotide. Penetratin is a peptide with unstable sequence, and there are many active side chain functional groups. It is necessary to select a reasonable peptide synthesis process.
