Description：五肽胃泌素(Pentagastrin)为白色或类白色粉末，是由5个氨基酸组成的小分子多肽，肽链的N端由Boc封闭。以五肽胃泌素为主要原料的药物能促进胃酸、胃蛋白酶及内因子的分泌，其促胃酸分泌作用相当于内源性胃泌素的1/4，作用可持续10-40分钟。临床上五肽胃泌素主要用于胃酸分泌机能的检查。
Pentagastin is a white or almost white powder. It is a small molecular peptide composed of five amino acids. The N end of the peptide chain is closed by Boc. Drugs with pentapeptide Gastrin as the main raw material can promote the secretion of gastric acid, pepsin and internal factors. Its gastric acid secretion promoting effect is equivalent to 1/4 of endogenous Gastrin, and the effect lasts for 10-40 minutes. Clinically, pentapeptide Gastrin is mainly used to check the function of gastric acid secretion.
