At present, many American and European cooling water circulation systems use the water treatment agents with the main content of PBTCA. For example, N-7354 (Nalco), DP-3094 (Ciba-Geigy), S-1050(Japan)& HP-1000e(Japan).

It has the structure feature of both phospho acid and carboxglic acid group,thus enabling its anti-scaling corrosion properties much satisfactory.When compared with the usually-applied organic phospho acid(HEDP,ATMP,EDTMP),it has the obvious excellent features.Moreover,its property of anti-scaling in high temperatureis fairly superior to the organic phospho acid. And, it can improve the solubility of zinc. Especially ,it can even dissolve the zine when the pH parameter indicates 9.5.

After detected with 3lP—NMP,It is concluded that this NC-206 has the content of more than 86%, which is in accordance with the Bayhibit AM of Bayer Company.
● (4)Use:
When complexed with zinc and put into the cooling water complex formula, this product can improve the anti-sealing properties of the formula and the anti-corrosion properties in the alkali base systems. The usual dosage is 5-15 ppm, and continous application is preferred.
