Tat-NR2BAA is a control peptide of Tat-NR2B9c (HY-P0117), consisting of 20 amino acids with multiple straight chains and no activity. The sequence of Tat-NR2BAA is similar to that of Tat-NR2B9c, but there is a double point mutation in the tSXV motif at the end of COOH, which makes it unable to bind to PSD-95. Tat-NR2B9c is a peptide that can penetrate the cell membrane and disrupt the binding of PSD-95/NMDAR.
