LZ1 Peptide is a straight chain peptide composed of 15 amino acids, which contains more guanidine and indole groups. LZ1 Peptide has strong antibacterial activity against common acne pathogens such as Cutibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus. LZ1 Peptide has little cytotoxicity to human Keratinocyte and little hemolytic activity to human red blood cells. LZ1 has potential bactericidal and anti-inflammatory properties, simple structure, high stability, and may be an ideal candidate drug for treating acne.
