TP508 is a non proteolytic thrombin peptide composed of 23 amino acids, representing a part of the receptor binding domain of thrombin molecules. TP508 can activate endothelial NO synthesis (eNOS) and stimulate NO production in human endothelial cells. TP508 activates endothelial cells and stem cells to promote vascular and tissue regeneration.
