Description：GIP (1-30), porcine, amide是猪源的胃抑素片段多肽，序列中含有N端前30个氨基酸，并且C端酰胺化。该GIP多肽片段在分离的、灌注的大鼠胰腺中具有有效的促胰岛素活性，但在分离的灌注大鼠胃中大大降低促生长激素活性。GIP (1-30), porcine, amide负责促胰岛素活性的位点显然位于GIP的残基19和30之间。
GIP (1-30), porcine, amide are porcine derived gastrostatin fragment peptides with the first 30 amino acids at the N-terminus and amidation at the C-terminus. This GIP peptide fragment has effective proinsulin activity in isolated and perfused rat pancreas, but significantly reduces growth hormone activity in isolated perfused rat stomach. The sites responsible for proinsulin activity in GIP (1-30), porcine, and amide are clearly located between residues 19 and 30 of GIP.
