Kisspeptin 54 is an endogenous ligand peptide of Kisspeptin receptors (KISS1, GPR54). It is a straight chain peptide composed of 54 amino acids and binds to rat and human GPR54 receptors with high affinity. Its Ki values are 1.81 nM and 1.45 nM, respectively. Kisspeptin-54 (human) can inhibit tumor metastasis and stimulate gonadotropin secretion.
