Chemerin-9, mouse can reduce basal fat breakdown in primary white adipocytes of mice (IC50=3.3 nM). Chemerin-9, mouse enhances memory and alleviates A β 1-42 induced memory impairment in AD mice. Chemerin-9 and mouse can also inhibit the formation of atherosclerosis.
