Myeloperoxidase protein was serially diluted 3-fold and captured by Myeloperoxidase Mouse mAb (Ab005455) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (W291037). Myeloperoxidase Mouse mAb (Ab005457) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (np156148).
