易溶于水及醇，久置颜色变深，一般在瓶内放置少量用纸(或布)包好的碳酸铵作稳定剂。 Cupferron (Cup) is an ammonium salt of N-nitroso-N-phenylhydroxylamine. It acts as an organic chelation reagent[1] by co-ordinating throμgh the oxygen atoms. Its radiomimetic effect is reported to be affected by the pH and temperature of the treatment solution.比色测定铝、铋、铜、铁汞、锌、锰、铌、镓、钽、钍、钛、钒、锡等元素的重量测定。在强酸溶液中定量测定铁，定量分析钒酸盐，与其他金属在一起时分离铜和铁，测稀土时作掩蔽剂。
