Fc gamma RI / CD64分子背景
识别IgG Fc部分的受体分为三组，分别称为FcγRI、RII和RIII，也称为CD64、CD32和CD16。FcγRI以高亲和力结合IgG，并在早期免疫反应中发挥作用。FcγRII和RIII是低亲和力受体，在晚期免疫反应中识别IgG作为多价抗原周围的聚集体。
高亲和力免疫球蛋白γFc受体I也称为FCGR1A、FCG1、FCGR1、CD64和IGFR1，是一种结合单体IgG型抗体的完整膜糖蛋白，具有高亲和力，属于免疫球蛋白超家族或FCGR1家族。FCGR1A/CD64含有3个Ig样C2型（免疫球蛋白样）结构域。CD64仅存在于巨噬细胞和单核细胞上，但用IFNγ和G-CSF等细胞因子治疗多形核白细胞可以诱导这些细胞上CD64的表达。
