TSLP分子背景
胸腺基质淋巴生成素（TSLP）是一种上皮细胞衍生的细胞因子，参与炎症性皮肤病的病理过程，并在上皮细胞中广泛表达。人TSLP cDNA编码一个159个氨基酸（aa）残基的前体蛋白，其信号序列为28aa（4,5）。人类TSLP已被证明可以发展非破坏性中枢耐受，放大上皮诱导的类别转换，诱导特应性疾病，并维持肠道非炎症环境。在对人TSLP有反应的多种细胞中，CD11c+树突状细胞是特征最明显的靶细胞。
