1. -20°C to -70°C for 12 months in lyophilized state;
2. -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
IFN-gamma分子背景
干扰素γ（IFN-γ/IFN）是一种二聚化的可溶性细胞因子，是II型干扰素的唯一成员。这种干扰素最初被称为巨噬细胞激活因子，这个术语现在用来描述IFN-γ所属的一个更大的蛋白质家族。IFN-γ已用于各种临床适应症。干扰素γ（IFNgamma）是免疫反应和信号的中枢调节因子，通过Janus活化激酶（JAK）-信号转导子和转录激活子（STAT）途径。干扰素γ在激活对病毒和肿瘤的先天性和适应性免疫反应方面具有更广泛的作用，部分是通过上调参与细胞周期调节、凋亡和抗原加工/呈递的基因的转录。尽管如此，啮齿动物和人类滋养层细胞对IFNG的反应减弱，这反映了这些细胞对IFNG介导的主要组织相容性复合体（MHC）II类移植抗原表达的激活的抵抗力。
