GUCY2C分子背景
GUCY2C（鸟苷酸环化酶C），也称为热稳定肠毒素受体，是鸟苷酸环合酶（gc）家族的I型跨膜蛋白，通过产生cGMP发出信号。鸟苷酸环化酶C（GUCY2C）及其激素鸟苷酸和尿鸟苷酸最近成为一个旁分泌轴，保护肠粘膜完整性免受突变、化学和炎症损伤。GUCY2C小鼠CAR-T细胞识别并杀死内源性表达GUCY2C的人结直肠癌癌症细胞。因此，我们已经确定了一种人类GUCY2C-特异性CAR-T细胞治疗方法，该方法可能被开发用于治疗GUCY2C外转移性癌症。
