IL-15RA分子背景
IL15R是IL15RA、IL2RB和IL2RG的异三聚体。IL-15RA，也称为CD215、IL-15Rα，是一种广泛表达的60kDa跨膜糖蛋白。白细胞介素-15的高亲和力受体。可以顺式和反式信号，其中来自一个细胞亚群的IL15R将IL15呈递给相邻的IL2RG表达细胞。不同异构体的表达可能会改变或干扰信号转导。白细胞介素（IL）-15超激动剂/IL-15受体α融合复合物（IL-15SA/IL-15RA；ALT-803）激活CD8 T细胞和NK细胞上的IL-15受体，并显示出显著的抗肿瘤作用。信号转导涉及SYK。与膜结合形式相比，可溶性sIL-15RA形式在所有脑结构中都存在更高水平。
