IL-13RA1分子背景
白细胞介素13受体α1也被称为IL13RA1、NR4和CD213A1（分化簇213A1）。IL13 Rα1 cDNA编码一个427个氨基酸（aa）残基的前体蛋白，具有一个推定的21个氨基酸残基信号肽、一个324个氨基酸残基胞外结构域、一个23个氨基酸残基数的跨膜区和一个59个氨基酸残数的细胞质尾部。人和小鼠IL13Rα1具有76%的氨基酸序列同一性。IL13RA1是白细胞介素13受体的一个亚基。该亚基与IL13和IL4受体共享的IL4受体α形成受体复合物。该亚基作为IL13受体的主要IL13结合亚基，也可能是IL4受体的组成部分。该蛋白已被证明与酪氨酸激酶TYK2结合，因此可能介导导致IL13和IL4诱导的JAK1、STAT3和STAT6激活的信号传导过程。
