MEN 10207 is a modified neurokinin A receptor agonist peptide that retains the amino acids at positions 4-10 of the peptide chain and contains three D-type amino acids in its sequence. MEN 10207 is a selective NK-2 (Neurokinin Receptor) tachykinin receptor antagonist peptide. The pA2 values of MEN 10207 were 5.2, 7.9, and 4.9, respectively, in the in vitro measurements of three types of single receptors for NK-1, NK-2, and NK-3 tachykinin receptors.
